Ka'uLily is Family owned and operated. All our fruit is grown & hand picked right here on our property. Never any poisons or harsh chemicals are ever used. Just plenty of sunshine, water & our volcanic soil. We are located on the South West slopes of Mauna Loa. In the Ka'u district on the Island of Hawaii. "The Big Island." Our little town of Ocean View is the Southern most & also one of the largest subdivision in the U.S. We take pride in our products and hope you enjoy the wonderful tastes as much as we do..

Shipping : We use USPS flat rate priority boxes. The medium box will fit up to six (6) jars. Large box will fit up to twelve (12) jars. Flat Rate saves money and ensures safe and prompt delivery. One set price per box size which includes: Date of Delivery Specified,USPS Tracking included and $50 Insurance included..When your order is ready to ship, we will send you a email with the USPS confirmation # . Allow at least a week or more for your items, all orders are made upon request.. Returns are not accepted due to the nature of the product being Food related. (Safety First Please!!)

Policies : Ka'uLily takes pride in every order. If damages should occur during shipment (broken glass, etc.) Please take a photo of original damaged packaging, box, broken glass and email to us. We will promptly replace any damaged items.
